As well as exercise helping us transmute negative energy into positive energy, it can also assist with the movement of stagnant energy. This is that “stuck” energy you can often feel when life feels as if it isn’t moving, no matter what you do. This can often physically, mentally and spiritually weigh you down, but exercise can help you to shift this energy, get it moving and change it from positive to negative. Remember that negative energy can be changed to positive energy and vice versa, so be mindful of the energy you’re surrounding yourself in, whether it is yours or others.
