DISCLAIMER

Spring is less than a moon cycle away, a time when many of us reorganize our closets for a “spring cleaning”, or perform an internal spring cleanse via herbal detoxes & restrictive diets. If you’re aiming to reboot your energy this spring, keep reading to find out holistic ways to release energetic clutter, fulljoy more vitality & strengthen your spiritual muscles.
These tips will help you clear, harmonize & raise your vibes, allowing you to gradually increase your internal & external capacities to receive & maintain higher degrees of energy. You’ll naturally be guided to reflect on the things in your life that don’t support the high vibrations you’re now operating from. Journal your experience & see what needs to be released or re-adjusted.

Incorporate these tips how you feel intuitively guided to. Follow your Inner Compass. Some aspects of yourself might need immediate attention, focus on those ones first. Trust yourself, take your time, dive within & consciously create your high vibes life.

Nourishment tips
  • drink water first: in the rising of the day, start with a tall glass of room temperature pure water. Drink water before you have your coffee, your tea, your wine, your snacks, or your meals (ideally drink water at least 30 minutes before a meal).

  • add more greens, veggies & fruits to your meals: make it so half your meals are greens & veggies; the other half can be whatever you desire, but eat the veggies first! Same with fruits, whenever you feel like something sweet, eat fruits first.

Consuming more pure water, fresh fruits & vegetables (preferably organic) helps your body efficiently eliminate wastes, opening the door to deeper healing, rejuvenation & increased energy.

Remember that your body is always detoxing & healing. We have an on-going internal process of healing internal & external wounds, as well as cleansing via the eliminative channels (digestive, respiratory, urinary, skin). Your lifestyle can either support these processes or stress them. Incorporate habits or lifestyle practices that prioritize your overall well-being.

Body care tips
  • move daily: a minimum of 20 minutes per day of physical exercise of your choice (walking, yoga, dancing, jogging, swimming, etc.). Movement helps your body flush out impurities, activate more energy, decrease stress levels & increase the production of endorphins (feel-good hormones).

  • rest: take a nap, read a light book, relax in your hammock, go to bed earlier, do something that brings you ease in body & spirit. Resting allows your body to tend to other internal matters & refuel your energy.

  • treat yourself: pamper & nurture yourself at home. Paint your nails, do a hot oil hair treatment, honey face mask, hands & feet sugar scrub, etc. Show your body some extra TLC every other day to increase your feel good vibes & deeper sense of self-awareness.

Spiritual care tips
When energetic debris of a mental, emotional or spiritual nature are cleared out, you attain higher levels of consciousness & develop a clearer communication with your Intuition. Use this time to commune with Divine Presence within, ask questions, listen for answers & take action.
  • meditation: take at least 5 minutes every day to sit in silence, tune out the mind chatter & turn your gaze inwards. Meditation is a powerful stress reliever. It promotes inner calm & self-awareness.

  • conscious breathing: sit in a comfortable position & focus your attention on your breath. Slowly inhale a long belly breath through the nose, then slowly exhale the breath through the nose. Take a few deep breaths like this & fulljoy the relaxation it provides.

  • gratitude prayer: say a simple thanksgiving prayer when you wake up & when you go back to bed to start & end the day on a high vibration. Say thanks for things big & small that positively impact your life. Being in a mental & emotional space of gratitude opens up the doors for more abundance.

  • forgiveness: free your heart space from grudges, past hurts, or any type of heavy emotional weight you carry. Forgiveness clears low vibration energetic ties & elevates your vibes, making the heart as light as a feather. Take your time with this one. It’s not an easy process, but forgiveness is a master healer & will attract more ease in your life.

  • check in with yourself: get into this habit through mirror work. Take a mirror, look into your eyes & ask yourself “how you are today?” Observe what emotions, thoughts or reactions come up. Let your Truth reveal itself. Journal & reflect on these introspections.

  • daily doses of joy: consciously choose to make your life more pleasant. Your happiness is your responsibility. Create a life that fills you up with joy. Make a list of all the things that light you up & do at least 5 things from that list every day.

Home care tips
  • declutter & organize: free up space in your home for energy to circulate fluidly. Create a home environment of comfort, relaxation & positive vibes. Do this one room at a time, clean it top to bottom, responsibly get rid of what’s trash, give away what’s still useful & recycle what can be transformed. Release & simplify!

  • clear & raise the room’s spiritual energy: burn sage & Palo Santo around the room while declaring the vibrations cleansed & harmonized. Then raise the energy to the frequency you desire to create in your home by playing high vibes music, burning incense, using aromatherapy & crystal therapy.

May these tips assist you in cultivating your energy & empower you to slowly shed the old & make space for the new to come this spring.

Joyfully,
Caroline

I like your vibe tips. I have been feeling a dark energy. I'll have to visit a professional to root out my bad aura.

Thank you for explaining that we should remember that our body is always detoxing & healing as we have an ongoing internal process of healing internal & external wounds, as well as cleansing via the eliminative channels. Since the covid-19 outbreak, I just couldn't function well as I used to since there's a lot going on in my head. I should opt for natural health care and consult a holistic energy worker to cleanse my thoughts.
